We offer an extensive range of enrichment clubs after school which run from 3.15pm to 4.15pm. For our full range and booking details, please see the table below.

Wraparound Care at St Aidan’s
Breakfast Club & After School Club
At St Aidan’s we believe that every child deserves a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment — before school, after school and everything in between. Our Wraparound Care offer is run entirely by our own trusted school staff, so your child is always in familiar, caring hands.
Breakfast Club
| Breakfast Club takes place in our school hall every morning from 7.45am and is run by St Aidan’s staff. Children can enjoy a range of cereals, fruit and toast. All year groups enjoy socialising together, playing games and taking part in art activities. No advance booking needed — children can attend on a regular basis or just occasionally. Turn up and register on arrival! This will be reviewed on a half termly basis, depending on numbers. To register children in Nursery, please speak to the office. |
After School Club
Our school-run After School Club is open to children in Reception to Year 6. Delivered by St Aidan’s staff, the club provides a safe, happy and enriching end to the school day.
Sessions and Pricing
Payment is via ARBOR. We accept Childcare Vouchers and Tax-Free Childcare.

*Ad hoc after school club bookings are available subject to availability with a £2.00 per session surcharge to reflect the short-notice nature of the booking. Requests must reach the office by 9.00am on the day required.
Booking and Payment
To guarantee your child’s place and allow us to arrange appropriate staffing, we ask all families to commit to their required days at the start of each half term. At the beginning of each half term, parents select their required days and sessions for the coming half term via a booking form or ARBOR. Payment is collected half-termly in advance.
Please note: half-termly payments are non-refundable, as they secure your child’s place and allow us to arrange staffing in advance.

- 10% sibling discount when two or more siblings attend on the same day (does not apply to free school meals)

| Drop-off and Collection KS1 children are collected from their classroom by a member of After School Club staff at 3.15pm. KS2 children make their own way to the club. All children must be signed out by a named adult (aged 16+) listed on the child’s registration form. |
How to Register
To register your child for Wraparound Care, please collect a registration form from the school office or ask us to send one home. Return the completed form to the office along with your first half-term payment to secure your place. Please also declare any food allergies or medical conditions on the registration form.
