Homework
Each Friday, a letter is shared with parents and carers via e mail, which shares a summary of what the class has been learning that week. It will also share homework tasks, such as a question to research to deepen learning from the previous week.
Parents of children in Years 1-4 will be given a game to play with your child via Maths with Parents, which shares a video of the maths content the children have been learning as well as the game.
Parents of children in Year 5 will be given maths homework in their Mathematics Mastery workbook and children in Year 6 will be given a MyMaths task.
Developing vocabulary is a key focus across the school. Each every class has a focus on 4 key words a week- these are shared with parents. It would be really helpful if parents could discuss these with their children.
